Nursing Home Conversion Work Group

The purpose of the Nursing Home Conversion Work Group is to provide guidance to the relevant state departments regarding the establishment of the mandated nursing home conversion project and to develop a methodology for the effective re-utilization of current nursing home service models in order to provide multiple options for elder housing and services. Meeting Schedule: Meetings are open to the public, and are held monthly, 10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. The location alternates between Illinois Health Care Association (1029 South Fourth Street, Springfield) and Life Services Network (2 Lawrence Square, Springfield).
