Illinois Department on Aging Annual Report
Submitted annually to the Governor and the Illinois General Assembly, describes Department activities and accomplishments for each state fiscal year ending June 30.


COMMUNITY CARE PROGRAM (CCP) ANNUAL REPORT
An annual report, developed with the Department of Human Services, of programs and services designed to help adults 60 years of age and older to remain in their homes.


Home Delivered Meals Report
Submitted annually to the Governor and the Illinois General Assembly, describes Department activities and accomplishments of the Home Delivered Meals Program.

INTERAGENCY WORKGROUP ON POVERTY AND ECONOMIC INSECURITY ANNUAL REPORT

Submitted annually by the Commission on Poverty Elimination and Economic Security, provides an update on the status of the Commission’s Strategic Plan and provides other recommendations from the Commission to address poverty and economic insecurity in the State.

 

Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program (LTCOP) Annual Report

Submitted annually, the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program AnnualReport gives an overview of the efforts of the Ombudsman to advocate for the rightsof residents in long-term nursing facilities and gives a breakdown of statistical data.


Older Adult Services Act (OASA) Annual Report
Submitted each January to the Illinois General Assembly as required by Public Act 93-1031, it describes the Department's progress toward compliance with the Older Adults Services Act.


Respite Report
Submitted annually to the Governor and the Illinois General Assembly, details the progress of the respite care services provided under the Respite Program Act.


Serving Minority Seniors Annual Report
An annual report to the Governor and the Illinois General Assembly, as required by Public Act 88-0254, on programs and services provided to minority seniors by Illinois’ human service agencies, examines service barriers, needs, gaps and problems, as well as current initiatives to address them. The report is a collaboration of the Illinois Departments of Aging, Healthcare and Family Services, Human Services and Public Health.


State Plan on Aging
A report required by the Administration for Community Living, outlines Department program structure and financial plan for service delivery over a three-year period.
