Description: Everyone should have their healthcare choices outlined so that if we lose our voice at any time, those we care about know how we want our life experiences to look. During this meeting, we will talk about Power of Attorney, end-of-life choices, and touch on what a guardian means as well. We hope that hearing this information will inspire people to reflect on these choices so that we can be empowered throughout our lives, even when we may lose our voice.
