Description: Join us as we hear from members of the Moving Forward Coalition whose mission is dedicated to producing lasting and equitable change for all nursing home residents in the United States. They will share their Action Plans to make every nursing home a community in which lives are nurtured, residents are empowered, and where people want to work. They will also be facilitating a discussion regarding their work to strengthen Resident Councils.
