Step 1: Legal Entity Application
In this step, you will find items that need to be submitted in order to complete the application process.

- Complete the application by filling in the required information and attaching the documents needed to meet Rule.
- Once the application has been submitted, return to this page to proceed to Step 2 of the application process.

**Applications will not be accepted if either Step 1 or Step 2 are missing.**
