Veterans' Benefits
Statewide programs providing benefits to veterans and their families are administered by the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs.
Services include residential and long-term care provided by the Illinois Veteran Homes located in
- Anna,
- Chicago,
- LaSalle,
- Manteno, and
- Quincy.
Veterans' Service Offices

Military License Plates
In recognition of those who have served our country, the Illinois Secretary of State offers several military service license plates.

U.S. Veterans' Administration Services
Eligible U.S. military veterans can receive help for
health care provided at Veterans Administration hospitals;
adult day services;
in-home assistance; and
prescription medicines (after an initial dispensing fee).
*Co-payments may be required and health insurance providers may be billed.
